Finally I have some progress to share with my blog readers.
This week the kids were back at school and kindergarten so I had some free time on Tuesday morning so I got stuck into putting undercoat in the laundry.
It smells so fresh and looks so big now.
Then on Wednesday the ensuite tiling started. First he mudded in the shower.
Then yesterday they did the waterproofing.
When I left for work today, they were already there doing the floor tiles.
This week Dave added architraves to the doors and windows outside.
I am now excited to go home and see the tiled floor.
On Sunday the vanity will be installed and he will measure up a template for the marble top.
Hopefully the windows arrive soon and we can really get things moving. We need the windows in so we can finish tiling.
Cheers,
Nat

I too am anxious to see what the tiles look like when they are up. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

I'm checking in every day to see if those tiles are done. Hope all is going well.
ReplyDeleteThe house looks so fresh and clean. Looks like the things are coming together very nicely. I wonder what colour and texture will be the tiles. My guess would be something neutral and matching the fresh look of your house. Hope it goes well and you enjoy your new tiles. Wish you the best of luck!
