So I made up some pictures of various pendants for the kitchen island bench. I think maybe 2 would look best.
I am not sold on any of these but they do give a idea of what they would look like in the kitchen.

Here's my (unqualified) opinion for your kitchen... Looks like you have plenty of light so the question is purely aesthetic. I think the top set of 3 pendants doesn't suit your kitchen, wrong style. Either of the next two pictures look great, though I think the glass pendants look best in your kitchen. While I love the last pendant, it looks the wrong style and size for this space. (I've been thinking a lot about pendant numbers lately....)
